How do I send a pm that is in my out box?
And, can I send a pm with a photo attached?

So you have received a PM that you want to forward on to a third party? Easy.
Open the PM you want to send.
Click on "Quote".
Near the top you will see the original sender's name. You can remove it by clicking the X if you want.
Then beneath that, click on the line that says "Find a member".
A new box will appear. There is a search section at the top, but I prefer the bottom. You can click on a letter of the alphabet to jump there, if you want.
Put a checkmark in the box to the left of the name, scroll to the bottom, and push "Select marked".
The name is put in the "To" field for you.

When replying to a PM, all of the regular (photo) options are at the top as they are for posting on the boards. No biggie.

If there is a PM in your outbox, it means the person you sent it to has not opened it yet.
