My 1984 R100RS had two different size of top hat wheel axle spacers (The ones that go in the wheel bearing oil seals) on the rear wheel when I stripped out the wheel bearings.
I have seen on one of the web sites selling parts that they recommend that with cast rear wheel and disc brake rear I should have two top hat spacers of the same size
please can anyone help?

Two different sizes on my 81 rs
Can't remember which side is which, but they will only work one way because the wheel will rub on the fd if they are wrong way round.

If you have two different sizes, use the wider one on the right side, and see what the gap between the wheel hub and the rear drive looks like.
