I am in awe of the way that circuit is ridden. I've said it before but it makes a dedicated racetrack look completely lame.
To ride one of those bikes (somewhere) and experience the power would be mind blowing. If I could hang on.

Near the end of the video, when it is just a camera bike following one other rider, I noticed that the rider being filmed had a much different cornering style to the Moto GP riders I've watched. He leaned his upper body away from the turn but Moto GP riders are all in. I wonder if it's because of the hedges?

I noticed that as well Chuey and thought he was almost using a dirt riding style?
I'll take the hedges over the stone walls, but @ 200mph everything will hurt. :o

I think if you look closely, his body appears to be leaning away from the turn, but it's because he has shifted his butt off the seat towards the turn. After each turn he returns to the center position. I notice too that they are not dragging their knees as much as riders on tracks with no curbs and smoother pavement. Probably an instinct for self preservation at work there... not so much "it's safer this way" but more "I want to do this again tomorrow!"

Joey Dunlop once quipped that if he leaned too far in some corners he could "scraap 'is 'ead against the woll"!
