More master cylinder questions

Post by michael »

I got the plunger out of the master cylinder at last. Next question: the plunger looked like it had some kind of grease packed around it. Is it supposed to be greased and if so what kind of grease should I use.

Should be just brake fluid in the system. Sounds like long term crud build-up.
