I put my GSPD in at Michael's on Sunday.

Over the ride on the weekend my steering heads bearing got worse & worse. Not much fun coming down through the twisties from Dorrigo Plateau through Clouds Creek to Grafton plus a few dirt roads exploring other options.

Fortunately a mate I was riding with had one of his bikes in with Michael and it was ready to go, so I rode it home. That worked out well for both of us.

Great pics, Gary. Good to have somebody on the inside, so to speak.
Native Dog looks good - lack of water the only issue, but easily covered with a bit of forethought.
Thungatti looks positively luxurious - I wonder how busy it is likely to be on a long weekend?

If the bike isn't running by then I'll just fire up the old ute and drive down. Don't want to miss the chance to kick tires and tell lies.
Well seeing you let me take the yella Merc to Gyra , the ute will do if needed ! ;)

Why are you guys worried about water? All I ever see is beer, wine and spirits. Water?,fish f%&k in it!!!! If I bring the ute, I'll bring water as well.

It's still winter but the wattles are gold. I can smell Spring!

Been flat out at work BUT found 15 minutes to prepare. Always wanted a single seat-

Love the DIY quickie single seat option, Mal. It's the most comfortable way to sit through any ride IMO.

Looks like a bunch 'a pretty nice options for a northern campout getting lined up too...

Unfortunately, it don't look like I;ll be able to get up there this time around... grrr... bugger! i will be well and truly over these freakin frigid temps by then!

Hopefully, an early summer jaunt will be on the cards.

(& yeah I agree, that S sure does look nice.)

Mal, just a thought; if you bend the lip of your seat pan up so it's parallel with the vinyl it will be less likely to cut it and last longer...
