Here's the Khancoban forecast. A bit moist, but not too bad.

And Omeo, also damp-ish.

I'm sure we'll be just fine. That god bastard might reconsider as the week progresses.

Re: Where are we riding to next?
I think it was last Wednesday where the weather map had the weekend good, with rain either side.
It's likely to change again, but hopefully not colder and wetter.
edit: it's 2045 here now, just 2+ hours later and no rain forecast for Khancoban now. Best to wait a few days before worrying too much. It'll change again.

Re: Where are we riding to next?
The forecast remains variable from day to day.
Safest to presume it'll be wet, but I doubt it'll get too cold, especially it there's cloud cover.
Currently Saturday is the wet day surrounded by better days. That has plenty of time to shift.
Does anyone need a smallish part or consumable that I can get from the local bike shop and bring along?
edit: Last night I put on another front wheel 'cause I want to get use out of the tyre.
Today I was sorted to leave for work early and do a little more fine carb tuning....
Well I didn't get far. Pretty soon the handling felt squirmish and into a corner too, so I pulled into a servo. Pumped the tyre (read zero) up but it deflated pretty much within a minute. I turned quietly for home and put the other wheel back on.
New tube tomorrow I expect
I hope that doesn't happen again soon!

Re: Where are we riding to next?
Jeez Steve you are having a bad run. Good thing you didnt leave it to Saturday!
Albury has a bright and sunny forecast at least. Maybe that will blow East?

Yeah Mal. It's not getting any better either. It appears I'm losing shaft oil from the filler hole...which leaks down the sidewall of the tyre. Luckily I have a spare final drive so tonight I'll have a look at it and swap it over.
The tyre and tube were looked at today. Everything checked out? I'm perplexed about that I'm wondering if the elbow connector to the tube has failed? The common thing was the connector. Different air hoses and the connector removed after use each time. Valve ok. It's not as if I've never checked the air pressure before?
Weatherzone has possible thunderstorms on Saturday for Omeo, but 19C and a late shower and 23C for Khancoban?

Regardless of the weather, the evening/s will be splendid.

Re: Where are we riding to next?
Well, one more sleep for those attending on Friday. Weather is looking pretty good - a shower or two forecast for Khancoban on Saturday , and nice enough days either side. It'll be cool but comfortable enough.
ps: Jeff, you bringing the shovel? Digging a shallow grave for the ranger is not that much of a chore, but the damn truck is always a problem.

Perfect day here, hope it stays like this for the ride tomorrow.
Have fitted new Ikons and with more pre-load on the front it feels like a brand new rattly old bike.
I am now working on my list of things to forget to bring along.
