2014 Autumn in Oz.

This is for the discussion of Motorcycling. The art, the science, the theory of all things related to our favorite sport... riding motorcycles.

I would have thought so too Charlie.

I reckon the chainsaw body will fit in my tank bag and the bar can roll up with my mattress.

The Norwegians reckon we are going to get pretty good weather for the target weekend:

Gidday Fellas,

Well I am putting some near new Race-tech springs (brought em cheap off a K1100 forum bloke in Oz) in the K this Saturday, its got a little hard and saggy, the bike not me! :) so its due for them to be changed over, if all goes to plan and I don't end up with "front end" flung all around the resto shed in a million bits, I may just come along with SteveD on the Friday night but once again, don't hold ya breath and if I see ya there I see ya there, will keep ya posted.... btw is there going to be enough room on the night?
Cheers, Grant

Yep.
But, still take a tent in case you need it. I always take my tent on these hut trips. Be prepared.
Great if you could make it Grant. I gotta see if I can get away a bit earlier friday.

Sounds promising Grant. We'll need to discuss times & route.

Jeff, how early might you get away? By the time we're in your territory we might be able to meet somewhere along the way?

Btw, I have a Brown side stand that I want to sell. $90 delivered (to Geehi!) if anyone's interested.

Not sure Steve. Don't want to be riding up there too late. Roo, wallaby and wombat city.
What time and where on Friday are you thinking?
As well, early enough to go and find a suitable tree/s to turn into firewood. Good cut wood will make a big difference.
No sticks/logs poking out of the fireplace for me people to trip over.
