Dismantle top of forks

Hello gents, how do I dismantle the cap on top of the forks as shown in picture?

Harbor Freight sells an adjustable pin wrench for cheap. Your local FLAPS may have one too.

My tool kit came with a pin wrench

First left, with lugs on the handle. Is that the one?

To use it, I put it in place....holding it down firmly with one hand and then tapping the end with a mallet. A nice gentle way to remove the caps.
