A friend from the old days managed the local Honda shop. About 10 years ago he was diagnosed with MS and had to retire. The guys at the shop built him a mobility scooter something like that. It can go about 30 mph on the gas motor, and when he gets to the mall, he can switch back to battery power for indoor use. The cops don't know what to do with him.

He also has a license to grow and use medical marijuana. 8-)
