riding funk

Post by Ridercam »

I am in a riding funk. I have not ridden in three months despite some good clear days. In september I rode 3000 miles on a solo trip to Montana. Since then I have started the bike twice with a ride down to Monterey for an overnight. Yes it is winter and has rained pretty good.

Got a cure?
I always brake in corners and think how I am going to get home if I really mess up. When I get home, I wished that I hadn't used my brakes and should have ridden a bit further.

I hear ya! Bike parked since 10/30, not to run again until 5/1. Might get started a couple weeks early when my father is scheduled to visit, "So how about this bike of yours, son?"

I'll be working my ass off in the Number Store the next three months, anyway.
Call me Mel. Some years ago- never mind how long precisely- having little or no money in my purse, and nothing particular to interest me at home, I thought I would ride about a little and see the other parts of the world.
