You would have to state your machine, and type of usage, to get a usable answer. Traditionally, tire and oil questions receive a lot of ridicule. There are many opinions on these two subjects.

Oil: On this topic, there are a few options that are obvious. Most of us have a friend who changes oil frequently. There's your oil, right there. Problem solved. If it's a friend with a Porsche 911, after servicing your bike, there will be enough left over to change the oil in at least one Euro/Japo fufumobile.

Tires: Whatever is cheapest. Also, check garage sales and motorcycle shop dumpsters. One thing that goes hand in hand with this philosophy is "Wear the safety gear". :)

You can't be serious. Airheads are quite sensitive to tire selection IMO. :o

I'm sure that Chuey realizes not all motorcycle shops are made equal, therefore one would want to be a little picky about where one went dumpster-diving . . .

1. Petroleum.
2. Rubber.
I've spent most of my money on women, motorcycles, and beer.
The rest of it I just wasted.
