Ride Report Narooma,Sofala,Newcastle

Post by Bob Bennett »

A couple of weeks after the Talbingo run, Alison & I rode up to Newcastle, so we made a trip of it and went up the west
of the ranges, staying at the Sofala Pub overnight.
Here are a few photos of Sofala and further north.

Ah, good to see yer, Bob. Sounds like a great run, and it looks like you had the best of spring weather. I love those sandstone cliffs out that way.

That looks like a wise choice, west of the ranges. Excellent roads I expect, and relatively sparse traffic.
Thanks for the pix.

I rode that track on the way back from Tallbingo. Got a bit of tendonitis from using the clutch so much on those twistie roads. A great ride indeed.
