Re: Clutch Switch Spade Connectors
Are not these female terminals the ones that crimp the wire at a 90-degree angle from the male spade? I'd like to find some myownself.
I just recently used some proper width, straight terminals to the clutch switch but had to bend the crimped portion to clear the lever perch. Not the tidiest looking job but some shrink tubing helped. This on a 1978 R100/7.

Re: Clutch Switch Spade Connectors
Mongo, in an ideal world the answer is yes, the OEM are 90 degree female spade connectors. But the straight type can be made to work as you have discovered. I believe the heat shrink tubing is critical.
