Sounds like a plan to me--mid-May in Missouri is probably as good as Missouri gets. Don't think I want to be there from mid-June through August.

Being 40 miles up the road I hope to make it at least one day. My wifes B'day is the 16th so don't know how that will fly. :)

I've been reading these posts about the upcoming Boxerworks rally in May and, in a sense, eating my heart out. Life is a series of choices, or at least includes a lot of choices. And in my case I have my shop in Boise to be finished and made right, plus a woodworker's bench project that I'm itching to do. Plus there will be a lot of machine set up with the machines I've bought through the Boise Craig's List. (Craig's list has proven to be a happy hunting ground and at the same time agonizing while waiting for a particular kind of machine to show up. And the machinery I've bought all needs attention, especially being put on wheels so I can move it around.)

There's no doubt that on the rally days I will be imagining hanging out with old friends and perhaps meeting a new person or two. And I will at the same time be regretting not being able to see old friends again. (I may need to take a ride down Hell's Canyon and back to soothe my pain!) :D

I am so pleased that Ron has decided to host another Boxerworks rally!

Ron and Randy, I hope you get a good turnout. I won't be there in body, sadly, but you can be sure I'll be thinking of y'all.

Aw come on Ken, all you have to do is dust off your private jet and come on down for a weekend of mirth and tall stories.

"............dust off your private jet ............"

The stories are starting quite early.

In real life I'm in both places, depending on where I want to be when. But here on the forum, I'm always in Oklahoma.
