Or better yet the 600 like my daily rider. I also had the SR 500 for some time.Sibbo wrote:There's a reference here.http://sr500forum.proboards.com/thread/865

I despise the retro concept. It negates the present. I know these are the good old days!

I don't agree, where talking appearance here. No one disapproves of a good engine, good performance and good handling but I'm happy to express my opinion out how the package looks and how much it should weigh!Zombie Master wrote:Or better yet the 600 like my daily rider. It has been around for a long time in Japan as a 400 because of their tiered licensing.Sibbo wrote:btw , I wonder why the reintroduction is the 400 rather than a 500?
I guess they will make some extra ones and toss them on a boat.
I've spent most of my money on women, motorcycles, and beer.
The rest of it I just wasted.

Exactly. 400 for Japan. Kept the export a 400 for cost savings.dougie wrote:It has been around for a long time in Japan as a 400 because of their tiered licensing.Sibbo wrote:btw , I wonder why the reintroduction is the 400 rather than a 500?

I haven't found any mention anywhere about about it being counterbalanced though.

From what I have read, the only major difference between the 400 and 500 is the crank and conrod.
