Sorry I couldn't make it. I hope my circumstances are better next year.

If I had made the journey I would've been worried about being profiled by the cops in Kansas and Missouri due to my Colorado plates. Denver truly is the mile-high city these days.

We're almost in the middle, that's the best I can do, don't want to move.

Not saying you should move, and being in the middle is a good compromise. However, it's still too far for me to travel with a six-year old needing my parental input.

No offense to Sophie, but I prefer Paris Hilton, though not by all that much. The biggest downside of Mz Hilton is that she can talk! Mz Hilton would be more lovable if she couldn't.

As for behavior, Sophie is way better--and loveable.

Sophie can talk, too, but I had the sound off and I can't read lips so I don't know what she was saying.
