petrol filters
my dear old R100RS hasn't been run for 8 years,,but ive given it a spunk up and want to put it on red plate registration .was just thinking,,im about to start the sweet thing,,whats the thought on petrol filters,

thanks blokes ,ive got that little sucker sorted,twas the Norris switch-loose connection,,a bugger to get at ,but I'm nearly finished my bike now

rear brake- light not activating
nearly ready to get my refurbished r100rs on the road again,,but the brake light doesn't come on when the rear brake is used ,,the front brake lights up fine,, I cant figure out how the Norris switch is removed,,does it have two screws holding it? could this be the problem look forward to some advic...

what would be a fine line of thought to follow regarding rear shockers,,mine ,,are 35years old ,but have travelled under one hundred thousand ks---sigh,,i suppose I could get new ones,,,thoughts and advice please,,its not a race bike ,,just an original as possible old r100rs

can somebody please check their lower fairing brackets,which join the split lower fairing to the engine mount,,are they different sizes,, I'm getting towards the completion of my r100rs rejuvenation,,now to get the crashbars and lower panels to fit nice,but the brackets are confounding me,and a bit ...

well,,ive given them a spray coat of silver wheel paint,,and thumbs up on that,,
I bought a cheap lift table,painted the garage floor beige,got a nice thinkin chair,
presently worgimg on everythingfom the centrestand forward.
cant imagine a more comfortable bike to work on
